Graduate Architects work in an enthusiastic studio setting on a broad range of project types within the transportation, transit, municipal, commercial, and industrial marketsQualified individuals must have a passion for design and innovation, desire to leverage technology, strong work ethic, solid organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare presentation graphics and visualizations for clients.
  • Develop and modify construction documents for projects of all types and sizes.
  • Participate and contribute to internal design charrettes and brainstorming sessions.
  • Work closely with team members and assist if needed to complete projects on aggressive schedules.
  • Research codes, materials, systems and finishes independently to generate new ideas.
  • Invest energy and time into technology and innovation as a means to deliver high quality professional services to our clients.
  • Attend client meetings and participate if needed.
  • Grow within and learn about the entirety of the architecture profession. We are looking for well-rounded professionals.
  • Understand how to present and discuss conflicts with team.
  • Maintain a highly organized and detail-oriented professional sense.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture and on licensure track 
  • 0-5 years’ experience 
  • Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT is a must. Knowledge of other software platforms including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 
  • Detail oriented with an understanding of building codes and industry standards 
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and willingness to work on all aspects of the Architecture business 
  • Ability to efficiently complete project assignments with minimal supervision, and take personal pride to research, learn, and grow within the profession 
  • Talent and experience are both strongly considered 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas
