Graphic Designer

WGI seeks a Graphic Designer with 3+ years experience to join the Creative/Marketing Division in the West Palm Beach, FL office.

This position will work directly with the Creative Services Director and other team members to support the various company divisions by providing graphics and collateral, as needed. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, teamwork, and time management. Must be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Create strong visual layouts and graphics for social media, collateral, and proposals using Adobe Creative Suite programs 
• Create video and motion graphics, as needed 
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations, as needed 
• Collaborate with the Creative/Marketing team and Creative Director 

• Work with Traffic Manager to set priorities and ensure met deadlines 
• Maintain company brand standards 
• Review all work with a thorough quality control process before submitting (e.g., proofread, review original request, assure files saved in the required manner, etc.) 
• Keep up to date with current trends in graphic design techniques and software 

• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)   
• Knowledge in or willingness to learn After Affects and Premiere  
• Creative thinker with strong communication and design skills 
• Self-starter with the ability to take a basic concept and run with it 

• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment 
• Detail-oriented and quality-minded 
• Ability to problem solve 
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines 

• Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising work quality
 
• Willingness to learn additional skills and grow within the position and department 

Minimum Requirements: 

• 3+ years of work experience as a graphic designer or a similar role 

• Preferred Associate degree in graphic design or related field 
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint  

Additional Experience, a Plus: 

• Project and event photography 
• Video editing software – After Effects and Premiere 
• Image editing experience 
• Knowledge of production and preparation of files for printing or willingness to learn 
• Experience in any one of these industries is a plus: engineering, construction, survey, landscape architecture, or architectural
