WGI is seeking a Human Resources Generalist/Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our growing and dynamic team that can provide impeccable customer service and is committed to providing our staff with excellent HR support in West Palm Beach, FL office.


In this position, you will provide human resources support and consultation across the organization supporting associates, management, and the leadership team on human resource issues.  You will be responsible for HR operations, employee relations, and employee engagement throughout the organization with offices in multiple states.

  • Cultivate strong relationships and influence at all levels throughout the organization
  • Oversee HRIS systems including employee information data, performance management, rewards, and recognition
  • Work with managers on coaching and counseling associates
  • Partner with associates and management to communicate various Human Resource policies, procedures, standards, and overall HR compliance
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather data to successfully implement change increasing retention
  • Coach and manage Human Resource staff
  • AAP and EEOC reporting


  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7+ years of prior Human Resource Generalist experience
  • Current knowledge of employment regulations/laws and HR-related trends and processes
  • Prior experience creating reports from an HRIS system, experience with Ceridian Dayforce and iCIMS is a strong plus
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with strong ethics
  • High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth organization.
  • Goal-orientated, proactive, accountable, and passion for helping others and driving results
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Prior experience working in the A/E/C industry is a strong plus
