Overview

We are currently seeking a Market Leader to head the southwest region of our Parking + Restoration Group.  This individual would work in one of our four Texas offices: Dallas, Houston, Austin or San Antonio. 

 

The Market Leader is responsible for all aspects of the operation including winning work, recruiting and developing team members, getting the work done while meeting financial and team member growth targets. This role includes accountability for building a successful practice in an office or area and coordinating with the Parking + Restoration Director to get the resources needed to execute the corporate vision.

Responsibilities

  • Business development
    • Maintain proactive relationships with past, present, and future clients
    • Prepare proposals, including teaming arrangements, scope of services and project fees
    • Participate in interviews and presentations
    • Direct negotiations with client
    • Review and sign agreements
    • Help create sales plans and strategies
  • Project management
    • Confirm client’s expectations are satisfied and our commitments are met
    • Participate in planning and review sessions
    • Oversee project parking consulting and functional design
    • Oversee project design and the production of reports, construction cost estimates, specifications, and drawings
    • Monitor quality review process
    • Review and monitor project budgets and schedules
    • Manage project revenue recognition, invoicing, and accounts receivable communications

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Planning, with Master of Science Degree preferred
  • License: Licensed professional in Engineering, Architecture or Planning
  • Special Requirements: Effective manager and leader. Working knowledge of all aspects of parking structure design, functional planning, studies and operations, and restoration
