We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager (RPLS) with a min. of 10+ years of professional experience to be part of our Geospatial Division to work out of our San Antonio, TX office.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment where projects are derived from both public and private clientele.   • Extensive survey background in both office and field operations
  • Perform land surveys, property and right-of-way determinations, boundary research and platting services
  • Perform quality control of survey activities, calculations, and project deliverables
  • Sign and seal surveys, maps, and other related documents as a responsible professional
  • Work with WGI Market & Operational Leaders with primary focus on business development and sales in Texas and to help grow geospatial services for the firm
  • Responsible for growth and profitability of the company
  • Assist in development and execution of strategic operational goals and KPI’s
  • Plan, implement and manage the overall long-term business success strategy
  • Work with the other senior leaders to identify capital investments, strategic alliances, key hires, acquisitions, and growth opportunities
  • Mentor, manage and train field and office associates
  • Perform work safely and effectively


  • Current Licensure as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) and LSLS in the State of Texas
  • 10+ years of experience as RPLS with experience in Transportation market preferred
  • TxDOT pre-certifications for surveying categories
  • Excels at networking, negotiating and strategic and critical thinking
  • Four-year degree in Geomatics or related field highly preferred
  • Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Civil3D preferred
  • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
