Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team in the Corporate Office in West Palm Beach, FL.

 

In this position you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Division with on-boarding all new hires and other HR initiatives. assisting Talent Acquisition Recruiters with scheduling interviews, ordering background check and pre-employment drug screenings and testing, managing the I-9 process as well as onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Manage new hire orientation to include scheduling and facilitating
  • Coordination of recruiting activities including scheduling interviews, booking travel, and following up with candidates
  • Prepare offer letters and new hire packets
  • Process new hire paperwork including scheduling background screenings, pre-employment testing, I-9’s, and other HR related documents
  • Communication with other departments regarding new hires
  • Maintain employee databases including entering all new hires into HRIS systems
  • Assist with on-site employee events
  • Assist with benefit administration
  • Respond to internal HR related inquiries and requests
  • Additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years human resources experience
  • Prior exposure to recruiting and human resources functions preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High degree of time management skills with the ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive materials.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
